Information for the 2025 Season

Our 2025 Pumpkin Season will be awesome with a great crop of Jones grown pumpkins and squash, fields of pumpkin patches to explore plus beautiful views and fun children experiences.

Opening Weekend Specials

  • On Saturday, September 20, 12 to 5:30, only $10 entry per person ($5 credit back towards half your pumpkin purchases). Be the first to visit the pumpkin farm this year!
  • On Sunday, September 21, enjoy awesome live music from from Brian Dolzani with his tribute band to the music of Neil Young; that day, the live band is included with your pumpkin farm entry tickets. On this day the farm is open from 10 to 5:30, with the live music from 1:30 to 4:30.

Season Overview

From September 20 through October 31, we are open daily (except closed Monday, Sept 22) at our Pumpkinseed Hill farm, 120 Beardsley Road, Shelton, CT.

  • On weekends, online reservations will save you $3 per ticket. We strongly encourage reservations because at peak times, we close the entry gates to those without reservations. Please see our Weekend Tickets for hours, pricing and information.
  • On weekdays, online reservations are available, but not required. Please see our Weekday Tickets for hours, pricing and information.

Pumpkinseed Hill Exploration

Entry includes:

  • Mini Corn Maze
  • Fun Photo Ops
  • Cute Kids' Activities
  • Educational Displays
  • Farm Animals
  • Real Pumpkin Patches - please note, at the end of October, the pumpkins are all harvested by our farmers for you so we can get the field ready for winter
  • Pumpkin Savings - with each entry fee, part of the fee comes back to you as a credit that an be used towards half of your pumpkin and squash purchases.

Pumpkins, Squash, Fall Décor, Snacks, and Hayrides are additional purchases to your entry fee. 

Grab and Go Tent

If you want a great selection of our farm-fresh pumpkins, squash, and fall décor, but do not have time to explore the full farmyard or pumpkin fields, visit the the Grab and Go Tent; no reservations or entry fees needed for a quick, convenient, shopping experience.

Helpful Hints

  • Wagons and strollers highly recommended for carrying pumpkins and kids!
  • No dogs allowed.
  • No outside food of beverages; snack area provided for families eating farm snacks: cookies, cider, apples, cheese, crackers.
  • Our Winery is a few minutes drive from Pumpkinseed Hill - open 12 to 6 pm Thu through Sun, and 11 to 6 on the weekends
