Ingredients
(per glass)
1 oz Blueberry Mint Syrup
½ oz White Hills Distillery Gin
4½ oz Jones Whimsical White Wine
Blueberries, mint, and cucumber for garnish
Blueberry Mint Syrup
8 oz Blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 sprigs Mint
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Water
Directions
- Combine syrup ingredients in a pot and mix lightly to dissolve sugar into water.
- Heat on medium until begins to boil, then turn to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes; until blueberries have burst.
- Let cool for a few minutes; then strain through a fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate.
For Cocktail
- Add syrup into the bottom of glass
- Add gin
- Add Jones Whimsical White
- Stir and add garnish
