Christmas trees on hill over road

Friday, Nov 28 - Sunday, Nov 30

  • THIS IS A RESERVATIONS ONLY WEEKEND. We are sorry if our reservations are full at the time you wish to come. We have plenty of trees, but are limited in our parking capacities. We do hope you can find another day to visit. For those with reservations, read your reservations emails carefully with all the important information.
  • LOCATIONS: Look at your reservation for your farm parking location; remember, Merry Berry Valley is down the street from Candy Cane Hill and the Barnyard Village.
  • HOURS: Arrive at the time on your reservation; guests must arrive by 4 pm to cut your own tree, so leave extra time for holiday traffic on the highways and local roads.
  • HARVEST YOUR OWN TREE HINTS: See the greeter at the red flag after you park your car for info and your saw. Bring a tarp to carry your tree to a tram or tree wrapping station. Wagons and strollers are great for the children.
  • WREATHS & HOLIDAY SHOPS: During this weekend, only those with a Jones reservation to one of our three locations can also visit our holiday barns, full of wreaths, garlands, ornaments, and wine. These shops open at 8:30 am.
  • WEATHER: It will be chilly! Please bundle up with bring lots of layers, warm hats and winter shoes. If bringing a wagon for your children, throw in an extra blanket to keep them cozy.
  • HOLIDAY SPIRIT: All the farmers and our crew will be working hard to make sure you have a great visit. We so appreciate your holiday spirit and patience.

Reservations

  • Reservations are required during the 3-day Thanksgiving weekend and the first weekend in December, but they are welcome throughout the season. There are only very limited reservations left for the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving; we are sorry for any inconvenience. Please do not come to the farm without a reservation this weekend, especially this Friday and Saturday; instead please come during this upcoming week or following weekend.

Next Week

  • HARVEST YOUR OWN TREES: Every day guests can  explore hundreds of acres of Christmas trees. A tree tram service can pick up trees at 20 stops; see a greeter when you arrive for information. BRING A TARP to slide your tree to the baler or tram stop.
  • FRESH, PRE-CUT TREES: We cut fresh trees every day, plus our trees are protected from sun and wind in our barns. Our selection and quality of pre-cut trees is the best.
  • WREATHS & GARLANDS: Our Wreath Barn is full with a wide selection.
  • HOLIDAY SHOPS: The Holiday Gatherings Shop is located at the winery tasting room and is open daily. The Jingle Bell Barn, the second floor of the barn, is open on Fridays and weekends.
  • WINE: full wine tastings are available 12 PM till 5 PM on weekdays (not the Friday after Thanksgiving).

As we reflect on our agricultural adventures and experiences, I find it exciting to realize that our many environmental practices work in symbiosis with the positive ecological impacts and the economic success of our farm.

I believe this is a critical message for our nation to embrace.
