Ingredients

(per glass)
1 oz Blueberry Mint Syrup
½ oz White Hills Distillery Gin
4½ oz Jones Whimsical White Wine
Blueberries, mint, and cucumber for garnish

Blueberry Mint Syrup

8 oz Blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 sprigs Mint
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Water

Directions

  1. Combine syrup ingredients in a pot and mix lightly to dissolve sugar into water.
  2. Heat on medium until begins to boil, then turn to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes; until blueberries have burst.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes; then strain through a fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate.

For Cocktail

  1. Add syrup into the bottom of glass
  2. Add gin
  3. Add Jones Whimsical White
  4. Stir and add garnish
